Can I pick up my order?

If you are close to our main office (Halle, Saale), you are welcome to collect it from us by appointment. Please contact us by e-mail before you complete your purchase.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Within Germany it usually takes between 2 to 4 working days.

Within Europe it usually takes between 5 to 7 business days.

How much are the shipping costs?

We have a flat shipping rate to minimize your delivery costs.

Within Germany: 3.5 €

Within Europe: 7.5 €

In addition, shipping is free for purchases over 70 euros.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, within Europe.

As the products are personal articles, they must be as you received them, in the original packaging, without having been used, altered or tampered with in any other way.

Accidents may happen. If you received a broken product, please contact us and we will change the product for you.
